Happy Easter! Or as they say in Dutch, fijne pasen! After a lovely church service and breakfast of fresh Dutch bread and jam it's time to explore the city. Shall we start with a quick tour? Then maybe you can listen and learn about a chapel in the center of the city with an intriguing history. Onto tomorrow!

Today it is time for the pancake cruise along the Maas! Here is a recipe for Dutch pancakes. They're traditionally eaten with sweet toppings like jam, stroop (Dutch syrup), and powdered sugar OR savory toppings like bacon and cheese.
